These terms cover buying Exoliner license keys from this site, which is run by Vienna Softworks (“we”, “us”). By making a purchase or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What we sell
We are an official reseller of Exoliner. We sell license keys for Exoliner tiers, paid for with Robux. Exoliner itself is made and operated by its own developers, not by us. We don't control the Exoliner service, its features, uptime or rules.
2. Exoliner's rules apply
Your use of Exoliner is governed by Exoliner's own terms and usage rules, which differ by tier. Exoliner may enforce them with strikes or by suspending your access. We can't overturn Exoliner's decisions, and a key restricted or revoked for breaking their rules isn't eligible for a replacement.
You're also responsible for following Roblox's Terms of Use. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
3. Buying with Robux
- You pay by purchasing the Roblox gamepass for your chosen tier. Prices are shown in Robux on the site, and the purchase itself happens on Roblox under Roblox's terms.
- After you buy, we verify that the Roblox account you entered owns the gamepass, then issue a key to the email you provided.
- Each gamepass purchase can be exchanged for one key, once. Make sure you enter the right Roblox account and email: we can't move a verified purchase to a different email.
- If a tier is temporarily out of stock when you verify, your order is saved and your key is emailed to you as soon as it's restocked.
4. Refunds
Robux purchases are final. Robux payments can't be reversed, so we don't offer refunds, except where the law requires it. If your key doesn't work when you receive it, contact us and we'll help, including replacing the key if it was faulty.
5. Your key and account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or make a purchase. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
- Keys are for your own use. Don't share, resell or publish them.
- Your account uses sign-in links sent to your email, so keep your email account secure. You're responsible for activity in your account.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, or close an account, if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse of the checkout, or a breach of these terms.
6. Support
You can open a support ticket from your account or email [email protected]. We help with orders and keys; for problems with the Exoliner service itself we may refer you to Exoliner.
7. No warranty and limited liability
The site and keys are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything caused by the Exoliner service, Roblox, or how you use them. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the purchase it relates to. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
8. Governing law
We're based in New York, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved by contacting us will be handled by the state or federal courts located in New York, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms in effect when you made a purchase apply to that purchase.
